Hello, I'm Rob!
Welcome to Blackthorn Coaching! First a little about me: I started my career in the banking and tech industries before making the move into wellness and coaching over 10 years ago. As a certified coach I have worked both in the corporate world as well as in private practice, virtually and in-person, helping hundreds of people in the USA and in Europe to achieve their goals.
As a neurodivergent individual with ADHD & RSD, I have a deep understanding of how everyday realities can be at times overstimulating and overwhelming. My approach to coaching is holistic in nature and tailored to each individual's unique needs. For me, to work as an effective life coach the journey of self-awareness starts with me and how I show up for you.
What brings me the most joy in my role is coaching my clients to help them discover what brings them true contentment and what it means to flourish.
